Description: The Gaia Coalition Network was founded in 2017 and originally focused on building statewide coalition efforts around the intersection of climate change and systemic oppression. Gaia is now being rebuilt with the focus on building cross-organizational coordination (through fostering coalitions and regional coordination tables), consulting and training new organizers and leaders in the community, and creating social and technical tools focused on driving communication, collaboration, and engagement.

Vision: Dedicated to building a statewide coordination movement between organizations, grassroots movements and passionate individuals, we recognize that our greatest strength comes from building a unified progressive movement that understands the intersection of social, environmental, economic and political justice.
Our aim is to use a systems based approach to community organizing by building social and technological tools that drive coordination, collaboration and engagement.
